Welfare Secretary is a vital job for both members and WHKS. The post is responsible for finding sponsorships to reward members such as bring them discounts and benefits.
Aim:
Name:
To find out what kind of benefits the members want, I believe that surveys must be carried out actively. I believe that it is essential to understand more about what the members really need in order to satisfy them.
  • Value the quality of the sponsorship, as well as the quantity.
  • Launch a sub-group in order to find sponsorship more efficiently, this also allows other members to gain experiences in marketing.
  • At the same time more connection can be built between the sub-group and the members. The opinions of our members are crucial for our improvements.
    • Experience:
    I was a class monitor during secondary school which provided me leadership skills, commitment and responsibility. Moreover, I had been a social worker during the summer holidays in four years ago. After that I learned how to be a more caring person and be more skilled in communication. Recently, I took part in Warlectric as a backstage crew. It made me understand the importance of teamwork, it inspires me that we must have the same spirit as working in the society.
