otives: After my active participation in various WHKS events, I am entirely impressed by the devotion of the committees. Meanwhile, I feel like I am already belongs to WHKS, being a part of it. By my experiences and knowledge in accounting and finance, I would like to stand the position of treasurer in order to participate and contribute my best to WHKS and serve the other members. Obligation: A promising treasurer: 1. Should responsible for the financial-related issues in the society, 2. Should ensure society is running in a healthy and highly transparent financial condition but doesn’t mean to take advantages (i.e. profit) from our members. 3. Should aim to cover the costs and set reasonable prices for our events. This allows our members to get the most out by paying the least. Needs- (What WHKS needs?)

To set realistic budgets for events.
  • To keep an up-to-date financial report.
  • To provide a detailed financial status at MGM and AGM so as to increase the transparency of WHKS account.
  • To maintain a smooth cash flow
  • To post the final account onto the website and newsletter on a quarter basis.
  • To making sure that the members who spent money on behalf of WHKS can claim back their money as soon as possible (providing that they have the receipts.)

      Senior first aid trainers in HKRC(YU) (2004-2006)

      Script team and Sound and Lighting team in WHKS V-show

      Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award
    Y-Why me? I believe that I am able to handle the responsibilities for being the WHKS treasurer. I am a cooperative, committed and energetic person. These qualities of mine have prepared me to work harmoniously with the other committees. I am eager and ready for this challenge, so please vote for me! Thank you!
