Being part of the Warwick Hong Kong Society this year, I can see the efforts paid by the current committees. Also, from what I observed through participating in various events, I have been attracted and motivated to step forward running for this post. I would like to be actively involved and devote myself to serve the society wholeheartedly.
What will I do acting as a Vice-President?

Assist the president
  • Coordinate internal and external affairs as to maintain smooth flow inside the society and sustain the efficiency in the team
  • Keep the society in high transparency
  • Enhance relationships inside the committee and among members and also bring fun to all through activities
  • Raise the importance of member’s feedback for improvement
  • Manage Careers Promotion Team (CPT) and remain it in high profile
  • Help members to build up sense of belonging and be a back-up for them as we are away from home
  • Keep up the close interactions with SU and other societies
    •  
    My experiences:
    • Member of School Band: working with 50 members
    • Financial director of a Young Enterprise Company: understand the significance of teamwork and communication
    • Scholar of Global Young Leaders’ Conference (GYLC): a valuable experience to reinforce my leadership skills
     
    If I am elected, I believe it will be a challenging and fruitful year for me and for the other committee members as well. We will be proud to be the representatives of WHKS this year. I am ready to take up the role, serving you with commitment, enthusiasm and passion like what I saw from this year’s committees.
